China Association of Bakery and Confectionery Industry (abbreviated as CABCI) was established on December 18, 1993, with approval and registration from the Ministry of Civil Affairs. It is a national, industry-based social organization voluntarily formed by industry enterprises, institutions, social organizations, and individuals related to the baking food and sugar products industries. It is a non-profit social organization and a national first-level association. CABCI has 21 professional committees and approximately 1,500 enterprise and institutional members, covering most of the major medium and large enterprises in China's baking food and confectionery products industry.
The registration and management authority of this association is the Ministry of Civil Affairs, and the industry management department is the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
The Party’s work of CABCI is led by Society Work Department of the CPC Central Committee. CABCI is subject to the business guidance and supervisory management of the Ministry of Civil Affairs and relevant government management department.

Bakery China
Bakery China, organized by China Association of Bakery and Confectionery Industry (CABCI) and Bakery China Exhibitions Co., Ltd. was launched since 1997. Bakery China is the Asia Pacific‘s leading event serving the entire value chain for the bakery and confectionery market. The event presents all range of ingredient, equipment, packaging and services, and enables global leading professionals and buyer delegates to meet and share the latest innovations and thinking on manufacturing & distribution, R&D, applications and related services for bakery industry. The 28th Bakery China would be held on May 20-23, 2026 at National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC), Shanghai, covering 330,000 sqm show space. Over 2,200 exhibitors and 400,000 visits are expected.

Bakery China Autumn
In response to the mighty demand from Christmas, New Year and Spring Festival, Bakery China Autumn was launched by CABCI and Bakery China Exhibitions Co., Ltd. annually in Shanghai in October or November. In the past 6 years every year Bakery China Autumn Show keeps about 50% year-on-year growth.Bakery China Autumn and China Home Baking Show 2026 will be held on Oct. 22-24 at Wuhan International Expo Center.

China Home Baking Show is a trade platform with baking education and experience.
