80% of Global Dairy Enterprises Top 20 to join Bakery China 2026! Baking Sector Emerges as a New Engine for Industrial Upgrading

As a professional exhibition serving the global baking and confectionery industry, Bakery China 2026  is also a premier trade platform for the concentrated display of global dairy enterprises. The 28th Bakery China will be held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC), Shanghai from May 20 to 23, 2026. Demand in China’s dairy B2C market is gradually saturated, while the B2B dairy market is witnessing robust growth. iiMedia Research shows the new tea beverage exceeds the sacle of 350 billion and baking retail market reach to 611.07 billion , YOY 8.8%. A research report by Huatai Securities shows that the scale of China’s B2B dairy industry exceeded RMB 40 billion in 2024 and is projected to reach RMB 70.3 billion by 2028, emerging as a new growth engine driving the development of the dairy industry.

Innovation for Breakthroughs: Domestic Dairy Enterprises Accelerate Deep Processing Layout

Faced with broad market prospects, leading Chinese dairy enterprises are stepping up efforts in dairy deep processing with continuous technological and equipment upgrades. For example, Mengniu has successfully developed China’s first home-grown whipping cream independently - Mengniu Multi-functional Whipping Cream; Junlebao has launched Corman Pure Whipping Cream in cooperation with Sinodis, a subsidiary of France’s Savencia Group.
