The 28th Bakery China will be held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center, Shanghai from May 20 to 23, 2026. Covering 330,000 sqm, the show gathers over 150 supply chain brands from more than 20 countries and regions, expecting 400,000 visits, covering chocolate, desserts, ice cream and more.

On-site live operation demonstrations of precision chocolate production lines will be presented by brands from Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Denmark, Switzerland and emerging local Chinese brands, including international equipment manufacturers such as Buhler Group and Sollich, as well as Chinese equipment manufacturers like SUZHOU GOLDEN EAGLE MACHINERY & EQUIPMENT CO.,LTD and GUSU FOOD PROCESSING MACHINERY SUZHOU CO.,LTD and etc.
